Final Sale

All purchases made through SERAVOLVE are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind, scent preference, or skin compatibility. We encourage you to use our Routine Builder before completing your purchase.

Damages & Defects

While we do not accept returns, we are committed to the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during transit, please notify our team within 48 hours of delivery.

To report an issue:

• Attach clear photos of the damage or defect.
• Include a photo of the batch number from the base of the packaging.

Verified issues will be resolved through a complimentary replacement of the specific item.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has entered our processing sequence, it is subject to the Final Sale policy above.
