Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service are entered into between you and ELISENSE ENTERPRISE LLP, operating under the trademark SERAVOLVE™ ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Our Store

Our store is hosted on our internal secure clinical infrastructure. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ELISENSE ENTERPRISE LLP and its licensors. SERAVOLVE™ is a trademark of ELISENSE ENTERPRISE LLP. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ELISENSE ENTERPRISE LLP.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ELISENSE ENTERPRISE LLP (operating as SERAVOLVE), nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
