Thank you for shopping at Seravolve. We stand behind the quality of our scientifically formulated skincare products. Please read our policy below to understand our terms regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.

Return Eligibility & Timeframe

Due to the personal hygiene and cosmetic nature of skincare products, we accept returns and replacements under the following specific circumstances within 5 days of delivery:

  • Item Arrived Damaged or Broken: If any bottle, container, or product seal is cracked, leaking, or physically damaged upon arrival.
  • Wrong Item Received: If the product delivered does not match the item specified in your order confirmation.
  • Defective or Expired Product: In the unlikely event you receive a defective unit or formulation issue.

To be eligible for return or replacement, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original retail packaging.

Product Never Arrived (Lost in Transit)

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window (7 business days from dispatch) or tracking indicates the order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. Once confirmed with our logistics partners, we will promptly provide a 100% full refund to your original payment method or ship an immediate free replacement, according to your preference.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

Zero Cost to You: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Seravolve covers 100% of return shipping costs. We will arrange a reverse pickup directly from your shipping address at no extra cost.

No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees or handling charges on any returns or cancellations.

How to Initiate a Return (Two Convenient Methods)

You can initiate a return or replacement request using either of the following methods within 5 days of delivery:

  1. Via Email: Send an email to info@seravolve.com with your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video demonstrating the damaged or incorrect item.
  2. Via Phone / WhatsApp Support: Call or WhatsApp our support team at +91 9978099097 (Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST) with your Order ID.

Refund Processing Timeframe

Once your return is picked up and received at our facility, our quality team will inspect the item within 2 business days and notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.

  • Prepaid Orders (Cards, Net Banking, UPI): Upon approval, the refund will be credited back to your original payment source within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's billing cycle.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders (if applicable): Refunds will be transferred directly to your bank account or UPI ID provided during the return request within 3–5 business days.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse once an order has been dispatched.
  • Products that have been opened, tested, or used (unless verified defective upon arrival).
  • Items reported after the 5-day delivery window.
